Pleasanton, CA and Basking Ridge, NJ - January 15, 2003 - Eclipse, the leader in DVD and CD mastering software and hardware, and HexaLock, a leader in CD-ROM copy protection technology, announced today that their companies are working together to incorporate HexaLock copy protection solutions within the EclipseSuite Software.

Since the HexaLock copy protection solution is totally software based, it is straightforward for Eclipse to integrate the HexaLock Plug-in within our CD mastering Product Suite, said Bob Edmonds, Eclipse VP of Sales and Marketing. We anticipate a short development time before we can fully certify and offer the HexaLock Plug-in to our customer base.
